Jenoptik´s high-quality objective lenses and beam expanders meet the requirements of laser material processing for your special application. Our JENar® F-theta objective lenses are used in micromachining with medium and high-power lasers, with wavelengths from 1080 to 266 nm. For applications with high-power and short-pulse lasers, we offer full-fused silica objective lenses. In conjunction with our beam expanders, the objective lenses can be integrated into your various beam guidance systems.
Microoptics from Jenoptik shape and split laser beams with minimal light absorption. They are used in laser material processing, medical laser treatments and diagnostics, in areas such as lighting, printing and lithography as well as in measuring and metrology systems. Jenoptik offers highly specified microoptical solutions from DUV to NIR. As a reliable system partner, we support our customers from the initial concept to manufacturing and system integration.
The F-theta Silverline™ lens 170-355-140 in the wavelength-range of 355 nm. It has a maximum telecentric angle of just 4.9 degrees and a highly homogeneous spot size distribution across the whole of the 100 x 100 mm work area.
They are fused silica objective lenses that offer minimal absorption for extremely powerful lasers. The F-theta objective lenses in the Silverline™ series are available for applications from 1030 to 1080 nanometers, from 900 to 1100 nanometers, 355 and 266 nanometers.
Diffraction gratings are one of the key elements in CPA (chirped pulse amplification) setups of femtosecond lasers.
The e²® - PCGs from Jenoptik are the right solution to enhance your laser performances. Besides high diffraction efficiency, low wavefront error, high laser induced damage threshold, the e²® - PCGs are protected against external mechanical damages and dusty due to the fact that the grating structure itself is embedded.
